By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then You may not access the service.
When booking or making a request on familycrosscamp.com you may be asked to share your email address or other personal identifying information with us. As provided in the Terms and Conditions, such information will never be distributed to a third party and it will never be publicly visible without your express written consent. Your email address will only be used after accepting your booking or when providing you with answers to your questions on familycrosscamp.com and/or when alerting you to any information that you have specifically requested you would like to be notified about; e.g. information submitted to schedule an appointment and register for appointment reminders.
We collect some of your information when you voluntarily provide it to us, for example during the booking: your name, address, telephone number, email address, billing information and debit or credit card information, when you make a purchase of the service. This means credit or debit card information, address and other information related to a billing or payment transaction. Note: the purchase is made through Paypal or other verified service and none of your billing/card information stays with us, as it is Paypal or another verified service who ensures the transaction and security of all payment’ transactions. Other Information You Provide will also dealt with care and responsibility, for example; information you may provide to us directly through our websites, social media or for things like surveys.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
Your online activities
Family Cross Camp does not accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by misuse of information provided on the website. Similarly, Family Cross Camp will neither accept responsibility for losses or damages caused by security errors from the user’s computer system (hardware or software), to the user’s stored data and documents, or for damages caused by the presence of a Virus within the user’s system or failure to update the appropriate software. Family Cross Camp does not accept responsibility for the information provided by third-party websites that may be accessed via links or search engines available on the Family Cross Camp website.
All content presented (text, images, logo, icons, data, software etc.) on the familycrosscamp.com, FCC’s Facebook page and Instagram profile are, unless explicitly stated otherwise, subject to a copyright held by the site and company. It is permissible to link to content from this site unless the original source is clearly stated. Exceptions are granted only if you receive prior written consent from Family Cross Camp.
Photo shooting and filming
Pictures and videos taken under Family Cross Camp can be used for promotional purposes on the internet and social media.
Reservation can be booked directly on our webpage via the booking request system or through phone or email, for which these General Terms & Conditions also apply. When booking online the user will be asked for payment via credit card, first after receiving his/her invoice by email or phone. When all the necessary information requested has been filled out and payment has been approved, Family Cross Camp will send you the confirmation per email. Included in this email you will also receive a confirmation of your hotel/guesthouse booking. The accommodation confirmation may take while to receive since Family Cross Camp operates as ‘the middleman’ that confirms the booking through a third-party source; in this case, the hotel/guesthouse/apartment accommodation who provides the service. The type of booking might take some time since it needs to be double-checked and verified by the accommodation place. When booking a stay, 50% is paid immediately as a deposit for the payment of the chosen accommodation and the last 50% is paid 14 days before arrival date. If booking 14 days or less prior to arrival the payment consists of 100% of the amount.
Booking guarantee is operationalized by confirming a booking with Family Cross Camp. In doing so the user is authorizing Family Cross Camp to proceed with the reservation through the site and to charge the amount corresponding to your stay with us through the Paypal invoice system or other payment system required; e.g. the customer does not need to hold a PayPal account for the payment transaction to take place.
All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the service. Payment for reservations is to be made exclusively by credit card and/or through PayPal. The currency used will mainly be Euro (EUR) and Danish Krone (DKK) For direct booking via telephone or email, a credit card is the preferred payment method. The prices that are currently shown on www.familycrosscamp.com, Family Cross Camp Facebook page and Instagram are for the total stay and include accommodation and selected program. Extra events and arrangements upon request (entry tickets to historic places, concerts, markets etc.) are paid separately. The prices on the FCC website, Facebook and Instagram are for the total stay and include direct taxes for the cross-camp service. Other possible indirect taxes, like local taxes, tourist taxes or airport taxes are not included. Such taxes may vary without notice. You will expect Family Cross Camp to send you the order confirmation and invoice on email after the booking and payment have been made.
While Family Cross Camp can make reservation and booking of accommodation for its guests, it does not regulate accommodation specific rules like check-in, check-out-time and other specific requirements of the hotel/guesthouse.
Cancellation policy/ Changing a reservation
Cancellations must be received in writing (e.g. e-mail). Refunds will only be made to the credit card used to purchase the services in question. Of the deposit (50% of the total amount) refunds available 28 days prior to the check-in date and only for the amount not used for booking/reserving the accommodations. The total of the booking (100%) is non-refundable in the case of a no-show (failure to check-in). Exchanges and re-booking are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Limits of responsibility
All participation in any Family Cross Camp related activities is own responsibility!
Physical activities during the cross camp
The guests or clients who participate in sporting events and activities, as well as using the sports facilities provided during their stay, do so at their own risk. Family Cross Camp accepts no responsibility for any incidents occurring as a result of such activities. Furthermore, the seller is not responsible for health or safety insurance. It is the buyer who is responsible for ensuring travel insurance, a legit European Health Insurance Card and other health and safety measures from insurance companies. If any harm is incurred during the stay, the seller has no responsibility.
